If Wishes Could Kill was an engaging horror-thriller tale with a supernatural-driven premise. I always enjoy links to shamanism in Korean dramas, and the way that was used worked well in this piece. There was a fair about of gore and shocks, but nothing too overboard, and there were sufficient twists along the way to keep the story interesting. The young cast all did well and the special effects were generally good. I am giving this one 4 stars. Recommended for supernatural horror fans.
