The fourth season of Bridgerton turns its focus to bohemian second son Benedict. Despite his elder and younger brothers both being happily married, Benedict is loath to settle down -- until he meets a captivating Lady in Silver at his mother's masquerade ball.
Since I have always liked Benedict in the earlier seasons, this fourth outing of Bridgerton is one of my favourites. I enjoyed the Cinderella spin on the story and it was good to see more of Luke Thompson's performance this time around. The chemistry between him and Yerin Ha (Sophie) was good, so it was easy to get caught up in their romance. Four seasons in, I have just about gotten over the jarring feeling of the anachronisms and can just accept the show as it is. I am giving this season 4.5 stars.
